When did/are you register(ing)?

I'm just curious.... I haven't even THOUGHT about it, let alone looked for furniture, bedding, etc. We're not finding out the gender either so I don't have to wait as I won't be decorating for a boy or girl... it will be neutral

I've seen SO many posts today about buying furniture, strollers, etc.... and at 15wks! I don't know, seems early to me??? Or am I just way behind?

I didn't start a registry (BRU) until 20 weeks. I hadn't bought anything for him until almost 19 weeks.

We just started looking at stuff this weekend and managed to find a crib and bedding, so the nursery has started.  We will probably register in the next couple of weeks because our shower (we're having a joint one) will be at 30 weeks.

We registered at 19 weeks. We're not finding out the sex so we just went when we were available. Only furniture I registered for was a changing table. We're buying the rest ourselves and I would like the nursery to be done by 30 weeks. We ordered our crib yesterday. It should come in two weeks or so. I just don't want to be rushed at the end.

I started a Target registry over the past week and have been researching reviews heavily for everything!

?DH and I are in the middle of construction on our basement and found out we're having a little surprise. (not preventing not trying) So we're trying to piece together a nursery without buying big ticket items all at once in the end.

?We plan on getting the crib in the next couple months, then the changing table dresser a month or so after that. Just so everything isn't breaking budget in a two month span.?

I started on on myregistry.com to keep track of stuff that people recommend or that I come across that I like. ?I don't know when we'll do the ones we will share with people (BRU and Target).

We did buy a stroller this weekend from a consignment store. ?Can't pass up a great deal!?

Dito War_Eagle. ?I started a private one just to keep track of items that people suggest, or I read about online and in magazines. That way, DH and I can print it out when we get to BRU and see things in person. Maybe it will be slightly less overwhelming.

?We won't go to the store and "officially" register until we know the sex, so I am guessing around 20 weeks.

I haven't yet but plan to do that this weekend. I have a shower in April and people have already been asking for the registry website. I am also still debating where to register.

All we've bought so far are tree canvases and paint (both bought yesterday).

We aren't finding out the sex, so everything will be neutral.

We ordered the crib 2-3 weeks ago, will be here mid April.

Last week I went to Target and BRU and started the registry so when DH and I go together it's easier.

I basically know what we want/need after reading Baby Bargians, that helped a lot!

I want the baby's room to be finished by 33 weeks when we have the shower, and are slowly getting there.

DH and I are going to BRU this weekend to set up our registry there and we will prob do target next weekend.

I have been looking at stuff for months, but I am registering next weekend, I want to have plenty of time to change my mind about anything and I have done a lot of research on the things I want so I can make sure that is definitely what I want to register for.

We do not plan to start looking until around 20 weeks, right now, we're still doing some home improvements (new carpeting, painting, etc.) to prepare for our "Itsy Bitsy"!

I registered at like 5 weeks.  I knew our family and friends were pumped on buying us crap.  Anyhoo, we still don't know the gender so we haven't added linens or specific clothing but we were still able to select all the furniture, stroller, carrier, etc.  We basically just selected everything in dark wood and black.  We also like the color green for either a girl or boy so we selected some onesies in that color.  Still, we're not having a shower until around 30 weeks so there's plenty of time to add more!

I'm researching stuff, but not registering until about 20 weeks.  We did already decide on a stroller but we had specific needs (DH is 6'7" so he can only walk behind a couple).

We are registering next week. I have done all the research so I pretty much know what we are going to pick out. Furniture wise I have narrowed it down,but nothing has been decided, reason being my husband is in iraq, so once he is home we will be picking stuff out.
