I need drapes for my bedroom and Restoration Hardware has so many great choices, but they are so frickin' expensive!!!! ?Guess I'll have to keep looking elsewhere. ?I certainly won't spend $300+ per panel for drapes!!!

To be brutally honest, their drapery isn't that good and custom drapery panels cost the same labour wise for superior quality workmanship. Their fabrics cost about $1.50 yard. Seriously.

oh and if you want the drapery to close on most windows, you need at least 4 panels per window for the proper fullness.

Find a fabric that you love that's on sale and get a seamstress to make you custom panels. In some cases, you can come up with a bit of a deal depending on ceiling height.

Have you checked out Restoration Hardware outlet store? I have one here in Seattle but - ? They are so much less expenseive and have a great selection.

We bought her bedding from here. but i wasnt impressed with any of the drapes they had. I figured I will go with my Mom and find something else. they are a little pricey$$ though. GL
