Gymboree ladies ...

Was anyone else really impressed by the group leader? I was SO impressed that she knew ALL the baby's names for the bubble song/exercise ... I mean, I know some of them are regulars ... but most wern't. And their nametags were on their backs ... and she knew ALL of them. Seriously. I don't even remember my own kid's name half the time ...

OMG, I said the same thing. There's no way I could ever remember 1/4 of the kids names let alone all of them. She was a fantastic leader. It really takes a special person to do that.

Very impressed with that. I had actually won free classes when I was still pregnant and we signed up for them today. We will be taking a class each Saturday in march with the same instructor. I am looking forward to it. Hopfully I can convince DH to pay for a few months after this free one.

Yes! ?That's exactly what Gigi, Jess and I said. ?She was awesome. ?I thought the structured class part was great, she was enthusiastic, yet not cheesey. ?

Poor little T was totally wiped out, and went to bed way early. ?I think she was a little over stimulated, but we had a great time. ?I can't wait to go back!?

She really was awesome. I wish that we could go to classes at that location, but it is just too far to go on a weekly basis.

I am seriously considering signing up at the Southlake location. I hope their teachers are as great as she was.

I agree!!! I wish we could have stayed until the end, oh well such is life with a baby!! I would love to sign up at the Southlake one, I have to convince DH of it (darn budget).

Oh, I'm so glad you all liked her! She was our original level 1 instructor and she is just amazing. I told her after class that she was a "freak of nature" for remembering all those names : ) I did tip her, but I was thinking in addition we could send some sort of thank you card. My plan was to print out a group picture for her, put it in a card and also enclose a letter from all of us and then give a copy to her boss. Does that sound good? I really, really was impressed.

If you knew my mother, you would understand. The woman is SERIOUS about thank you notes. She made my aunt call me a week after my baby shower to see if I had written my notes yet. They were already in the mail, but I told my aunt to tell her that I felt like I had thanked everyone really enthusiastically at the shower and didn't feel written thank yous were necessary.

She was an awesome leader! I too was impressed how quickly she learned all the babies names. It really does take a talented person to lead a group like that. The thank you card would be a wonderful thing to do!
