I thought for sure the news people were getting my hopes up by calling for 4-7 inches of snow tonight but they were definitely not! It is raining and snowing which isn't a good combination but I will take what I can get! I'm not in the mood for class tomorrow and since it's going to snow in March I am going to enjoy it!

    Haha!  I think you're the only one on this board looking forward to the snow-sounds like everyone else is bummed about it.  Good for you-hopefully you'll get your day off!

    It's exciting when we get snow in the south, isn't it?  I'm in SC and because of the threat of snow, the grocery store was packed beyond belief yesterday!

    haha! I was bummed out early because everytime they call for snow here we don't get anything and if we do get something it just looks like someone farted white dust. I've decided I don't want to go to class tomorrow though so i'm going to use the snow to my advantage!

    Ya, that would be nice if they actually cancelled college classes around here.  Instead they let their students risk their lives to get down to school only to find the professor didn't want to leave the house either.

    I'm normally excited about snow since I'm a teacher, but I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to driving out there.

    Yeah.. they do this to us too. Or they just cancel at the very last minute when people are already gone on their way to school. My teachers know that if there is even a chance of snow that I will not be there and they all consider attendance as optional on days like that.
