I bought a Hi Bebe monitor from Amazon.  I want to say it was about $120.  It didn't work for me until about weeks 17.

ditto the hi bebe for 115 off amazon... i got it around 10 weeks and first heard the HB at 12 weeks.

love love love my rented one from babybeat.com $27/month... this is the 2nd month i will be having it. i am OBSESSED with listening to her HB, so i love it. its so easy to use too. cant wait til i feel her, then i will send the doppler back
