DH and I just had our 20w ultrasound and we did not find out the gender.  I enjoy hearing what other people think about how I'm carrying low vs. high. Anyway has anyone heard of knowing the gender based on heart rate? Our baby's hr is always in the 150's. Just wanted to know what you all think:)

I've heard that 150+means girl and below is boy... but I have also heard that it isn't always true - just another old wives tale.

The only way to tell the sex 100% is birth.

this post is odd.. it could be my hormones but why didn't you just find out if you're so curious?? [excuse my hormones today] but OWT post irk me... especially when you're not finding out. ugh. ::sigh::

The heart rate thing is just an old wives tale. Supposedly, 140 and up means girl but my little boy has always been above 140.

We are having a boy and his heartrate has always been in the low 150's.  And I'm carrying very low.

Both my boys were 150s.

The heart rate fluctuates depending on if the baby is sleeping or active....anywhere from 110 to 180 is normal.  I'm having a boy and his is always around 160....he's very active!
