Lowering Stanley crib mattress?

We're trying to figure out how to lower the crib mattress on our Stanley Young America crib.  Anyone have any ideas?  :)

    We have one too...wanted to change it this weekend.  Pretty sure you have to unscrew the arms away from the crib frame and then re-attach at the new height...  We have the GenAmerica in Merlot.
