I could be reassured that my pregnancy was developing normally in my first trimester when I has morning sickness, etc. ?But now, at 13 weeks, my morning sickness is much better and I don't feel so rotten. ?Good in a way, but now I feel like I feel TOO normal. ?Does that make sense? ?I haven't had any bleeding or cramping. ?My jeans are getting more slug. ?But this is my first pregnancy and I just don't know how I'm supposed to feel. ?In a way, it feels less real now than it did with my head in the toilet. ?Any advice?

You need to relax and enjoy not feeling like crap/ You have lost those symptoms but in a matter of time you will regain some old ones and lots more new and uncomfortable ones

I was in the same boat a few weeks ago; it sent me into a panic; needless to say, my anxiety went through the roof and then I had another doctors appointment - everything looked fine. My fiance, in an attempt to combat my anxieties, actually bought me a fetal doppler - it cost $115 and is the most reassuring, comforting gift ever! I can listen to baby's heartbeat at any time, whenever I want, and know he's/she's okay. So my advice would be too invest in one - it's absolutely marvelous. The one we bought was a Hi-Bebe.
Hope that helps!
