does anyone else get that wave of nausea/vomit feeling when you have to poo? holy hell...i don tknow if its cuz i have some wicked IBS when not pg, but i start to feel panicky (sp?) and then i get that vomit feeling and start to heave...its not everytime i have to go, just sometimes...its similar to the feeling of being hungry, but a little worse...

This happens to me about once a month.  I call it my constipated diareaha (sp) feeling.

Yes, I've noticed that this happens to me sometimes.  I never reach the point of actually heaving, but I do get the nausea.

yes. happens mostly in the morning - totally IBS type of thing.  i hate it!

i believe that I have something wrong with my gallbladder and/or pancreas as well. After I have the baby (God willing) i am planning on getting all necessary tests to see whats going on in there...sometimes during an episode I literally have to run to the toilet b/c im afraid that im going to poo myself...and lets just say that its not the normal color-it suggests an insufficient bile output, from what i have read. My mom had to have her GB taken out at age 26, so perhaps this is part of my problem...

me too. I don't get it all the time, but its similar to pre-pregnancy. I call it poop shivers b/c you feel shakey and nauseas, or its when my stomach drops.
