Facials?

Has anyone gotten a facial during second tri? ?I've been getting them monthly for awhile now, but my last one was in January and I'm concerned about getting another one because of having to lay on my back for an hour and 15 minutes. ?Because we're not suppose to sleep on our back, I'm assuming that laying flat for that long is not recommended. ?Am I right?

i just got one today, and about 45mins into it i was super uncomfortable. the girl had asked me if i wanted any pillows to put under my back or legs and i foolishly said no. i just tried to lay on my side kinda - while my face was still facing up. the facial was awesome, but next time i'll definitely have to use some pillows or figure something else out. plus, i had to pee so flippin bad i couldn't completely enjoy it!
