Isn't all milk vitamin D?

I see people refer to whole milk as vitamin D milk.  Doesn't all milk have vitamin D in it?

"Vitamin D is added to virtually all milk at a level of 400 IU of Vitamin D per quart. The addition of these vitamins must be stated on the label."   But most whole milk is labeled as Vitamin D not Whole Milk.

That's funny, because around here all whole milk is labeled as whole milk.  Maybe it's a regional thing.  I was just curious, thought maybe there was something I didn't know.  Thanks for looking that up, I was too lazy!

I still call it vitamin D milk becuase when I was younger it was labeled such now its labeled whole milk but still called vitamin D...sort of like how my babysitter calls all diapers Pampers even if they are huggies, some things just stick:P
