2nd Trimester

So lets talk about BH

I had my 2nd one (for sure) this morning while still laying in bed. I so was not expecting them this early, even though I know they start in 1st tri and you can start to feel them around 20 weeks, I just still wasn't expecting it. It was sooooo weird! I had like a "lump" right under my belly button that protruded out. Embarrassed Accompanied with the cramping last night I got slightly worried (and of course it's Saturday), but after a bunch of liquids and breakfast I'm feeling better. Ok, so I don't really have a point here but I just wanted to discuss bh :)

Re: So lets talk about BH

  • So hard to explain any better than google results or wtewye does, I'm sorry I can't do better. They're like a tight, bunchie feeling. Which so doesn't make sense until you experience it (didn't to me). Although I could actually feel how high my ute goes, which is new because she's butt up and I get kicks & punches really low still. Kinda like there is a balloon in your stomach and someone let out a tiny bit of air and that balloon contracted a little bit smaller, but also got really hard when it did. And I think where dd's body was is where I had a big "lump" under my belly button, it was so weird! And I could totally feel my abdomen get rock hard from the outside too.
  • wow that sounds really weird...I'm sure that when I get them I'll freak out!!
  • I get them all the time - At least once a day and usually more than that.  I was going to post about it and see if anyone else experiences them after they go pee?? I notice that if I have to go and hold it for a bit (not on purpose -but out of inconvenience) and then go, I get a BH after.  Weird.
