Anyone get their hair cut at Great Clips?

One just opened near me.  Since I am laid off and money is tight, I was thinking of going there for a cut, but still getting highlights at my normal salon.  I have straight hair, they can't mess up THAT bad, right?  I just want maybe 5-6 inches GONE.  It's too long and the post partum hair loss just kicked into high gear.

 I did when they first opened by me.  It was summer time and they were cheap.  It was an alright haircut, but then again I hate my hair.

Great  Clips skeers me. But, I am a snob like that. That being said, my DD and MH both go to places similar to that and I can't say that they have ever been butchered. But, I just couldnt do it.

I'd go for an uncomplicated cut.

My BFF does--her hair is super straight, similar to the "posh bob" and always looks cute.  If I didn't have a person I love, I think I'd try it.

I actually went there out of desperation one day, and found a lady who does exactly what I want her to do. My hair looks really good when she's done, and the cut is only $14.

If you just want a basic "lose a few inches", I would absolutely save the money.

Yep, that's where I go.  I never want anything complicated, just a few inches off & they do fine.
