So I gained at least 45 lbs during my pregnancy, probably more but I stopped counting towards the end. As of this week I am still about 6 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight but I want to lose more than that (I'm 5'6" and am at 146 now, I'd love to get down to 135 or less). I'm nursing and about a month ago started the couch to 5k running program which I love. DH and I are training for a 1/2 marathon in January and I'm actually enjoying running so far.
My biggest gripe/issue is with my clothes. Some of them fit, some are tight, some I have no idea how I got into them in the first place. I had a mini breakdown tonight because I'm going to a funeral tomorrow for a dear co-worker and can't find anything appropriate that fits. I know I'm emotional over losing a co-worker/friend and then I feel guilty for feeling selfish that nothing fits.
I guess I'm just looking for advice or something. I don't want to spend money on WW right now although it is tempting. I gave up putting sugar on coffee/food for Lent, that might make a difference but who knows. I miss my clothes, ugh!
