So, E crawls all over the place and is shockingly fast. S does not crawl on all fours. He pulls himself around using only his arms. I had always thought that army crawl would be using arms and legs but not on all fours. He occasionally gets one foot up and propels himself but it is mostly all arms. Is this what a typical army crawl is?
Also, is this considered crawling? I mean he is getting around, but it is just weird (at least compared to his brother).

YES, it absolutely does count as crawling!!! I had many different people tell me that how they locomote themselves around doesn't matter, be it a drag, a butt scoot, or an all-out crawl - any method counts as meeting the developmental milestone. CONGRATULATIONS!!
FWIW, my boys perfected the army drag at about 6 months but they got soooo fast with it that they didn't bother to learn to crawl for real until after their birthday - and then they only picked their bellies off the floor because I took their clothes off while I cleaned up a lunch mess and let them roam around on the cold kitchen tile floor.
