Baby Julian has been found. According to the Santa Barbara Police Department, the suspect Leianna Patricia Arzate was found and arrested in Santa Maria. The condition of the child is unknown at this time

I'm glad the baby was found safe.  What kind of psycho steals a freaking baby?  I am aware that psychoes are psycho but still.

Maybe she was trying to have a boyfriend or husband stay with her and stated that she was pregnant, 9 months went by and she had to show results or else the boyfriend/husband would know he was made a fool of and would have left.

This might be dramatic and a result of watching too much TV but it seems like an M/O that TV reporters or herself would state to the world as the cause of the baby-napping

 Last summer, there was a younger woman that murdered a pregnant lady in a local park to get the baby.  The baby stopped breathing so she called 911 and was sitting in the backseat of her car half-naked and covered in blood.  She had told people that she was pregnant and then had to come up with a baby somehow.  The baby was in critical condition for quite awhile and the crazy chick is now in jail.  Completely scary stuff.
