nausea and weight loss

anyone still experiencing extreme nausea? ?at my last appt at 12 weeks the dr said i have lost a total of 10 pounds since the BFP. ?he said if i have lost weight at my next appt, i might have to go on medication. ?

anyone on a medication for this??

I've been on medication since week 7 for severe nausea. At my next appointment I'll likely be switched from Zofran to Reglan because Zofran doesn't seem to be helping anymore.

I lost 8 lbs at my 13wk appointment - and my doctor didn't say a word about it.  Based on my home scale I haven't gained any yet, but I stopped losing now that I can finally eat a BIT more normal!

I was first put on Reglan, then something else...and finally zofran...I lost about 10lbs too...Really sucks. I still take the zofran twice a day...Some days I feel good, others...not so much. Hope you feel better sooN!

I take 3 different medications via injection.  I still throw up 5x a day.  I haven't gained an ounce, but the baby is measuring fine, so nobody is worried. 

I'll start having growth scans in a few weeks and have them often until I deliver, just to make sure the baby doesn't stop growing.

It happened with both of my girls and they were both over 7lbs, so it didn't seem to bother them at all!  I want to die because I'm so sick (been hospitalized a few times this pregnancy and last ones), but they just take what they need and they're fine.

I was worried with my 1st since I thought not gaining weight meant she was going to be sick - at least, that's what everyone without a medical degree told me.  But, she was fine.  My 2nd was fine.  I'm not worried....sick, but not worried.

I am 19 weeks and I just stopped loseing weight last week, although I haven't been THAT sick for about 2-3 weeks (one bad day a week).  I didn't get a good response from OB at last appt, but she didn't like tell me I had to gain weight, just stop loseing.  Are you a REALLY tiny person??  my SIL lost more weight than I did (she was a little bigger) and her OB didn't put her on meds either.  To me, 10 lbs doesn't seems like THAT much, unless you were like 90 lbs pre pregnancy.  I was normal, and at my lowest weight was -12 lbs (but that was on my own scale I was at my lowest -10 on the Dr scale)...

I was losing weight too during the second trimester, however they found keytone in my urine. Although I was eating, it seems like my body was eating away at all the fat. I have gained 3-4 lbs now though, I have an appt next Thursday and they will check my weight again to see if it continues going up.

I have been on zofran since week 8. They tried me on other stuff, but it didn't work. If the zofran I'm stops working I have to go to the hospital.
