I am not going to be able to open anymore drive by sadness posts. my heart hurts for too long afterward, and it increases my anxiety levels to levels my ma is familiar with...yikes.

    Honestly, I try not to open any sad posts unless I *know* the nestie. ?I feel guilty about it but I don't have the emotional capacity to deal.?

    I can;t believe how much these have made me cry- weep, even.

    and they feel like drive bys, there is no engagement, just a drop off...

    I agree.  I hope she finds the support that she needs but we would be better able to do that if she engaged with us.  I can't imagine that kind of pain.  I also can't even being to think about where I would look for help if it wasn't readily available to me.  If you go to a grief support group everyone is talking about loss.  If you come someplace like this you are bombarded with all of our kids pictures in our sigs.  It's just a terrible situation.

    (BTW, if you read this, I realize your loss is very real and very fresh.  I'm so sorry that you are not finding the support you need.)
