I don't get it....

Sometimes I'm told I'm "tiny" for how far along I am and then other times people think I'm huge! I was in a meeting the other day with 2 managers I rarely see (they work at another location and only stop by about once a month) and when I walked in, one said "wow, you can't even tell you're pg!" (gee, thanks cuz I feel like a cow) and then I go sit down by the other manager from the other location and he says "wow - you sure you're not having twins!?" I'm wearing the same shirt, 30 seconds apart, no difference and I get 2 completely different comments. It's annoying. I'm over people telling me I'm tiny, cuz guess what, I'm not! If you saw my belly naked, you'd see it was FAR from the flat stomach I'm used to having!?! Not to say I'm ginormous either, but seriously, don't act like there's no difference! Now it just makes me feel like everyone thought I was bigger pre-pg.... Ugh.

I have been told I am huge for 8 weeks now... I am 19 weeks and I have gained 17 pounds... But i feel great.....

It gets me upset but no matter who you know, where you go.. someone is always going to say something... As long as you feel good that is all that matters!

I will never understand why people can't just say "You look great!" and leave it at that...

I get the same dang thing. I just try and blow it off and tell myself, I look how I'm supposed to. People are idiots and I try to ignore most of them!

my uncle asked me if i was sure i was only carrying one... BUT if it's older people who are commenting i have read that back in the day the normal weight gain during pregnancy was only 15-20 lbs!! so they don't know what a healthy pregnancy looks like.

Same thing here and I don't get it. Some people say I have a cute little bump and you can barely tell and others think I am big for how far along I am and that I am having twins. I think everyone should just say that we all look great. No additional comments needed.
