My parents just found out last week we are having a boy.  Just got a note that I should receive a package soon with a Bass Pro Shops blue onesie (DD had a pink one they brought when she was 3wks), slippers and a bib.  Plus my mom is going crazy making baby blankets (we could've opened up a shop with how many she gave us last time.  Didn't take long for the grandparent shopping to start with this one...

Ohhh yeah; my mom is insane; after a $2,000 gift certificate to BRU to do our entire nursery; i continue to get calls every other day "I bought somethinng new" & "wait until you see this" ha ha Good old grandparents

Yeah, the only rule we gave the families was no baby gifts before the second trimester.  (Oh, and none those creepy onsies with "Hottie" or "Single" on them  lol)

Needless to say, my MIL wasn't hearing any of it (even though she's been through a couple m/c herself, so you'd think she'd understand).  She's crocheted at least 3 blankets and who knows what else so far.  I'm glad she's excited, but sheesh!  At least let us pick out a nursery theme first  lol

My mom was out at BRU a few days after she found out I was pregnant. I have gotten sporadic calls for the past 10 weeks telling me random things she has picked up (books, bibs, etc). I'm pretty sure she is also making a baby blanket for us, because she sounded very excited about some jungle-print material she found a while back.?
