Remind me about visits?

Ok, I know my clinic told me at the start and that it isn't SUPER important right now, but I'm trying to plan my time that I have left to use before the baby comes that still allows me 6 weeks paid after I leave (and then my employment will end because I am not returning to work).

When do visits become every 2 weeks instead of every 4?  Is it at 30 weeks?  (Just give me the "standard"...I'm 99.9% sure that's what my m/w does).

Every two weeks, starting at 28 weeks - and every week starting at 36 weeks.
