Stress...baby and new car!

Omg, while I did get a rush trying to haggle, I am hoping the stress is not too much for the youngster. J/K   He/She is going to learn the rules of the game at an early age and that omg what did I do pit in the stomach feeling!!!!

I hear ya...lol.  The other day we were putting an offer in on a house and while we were coming up with numbers she was really kicking and going nuts inside.  It was wierd how she sensed my anxiety.

We had to buy a car this past weekend because H's died.  The rush of it really stressed me out, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I anticipated.

 I know I'm late on this, but do lots of research online.  We learned that dealers generally put their best/lowest prices online because if you can find a better price online they won't even get you in the door.  They may have different sticker prices and e-prices, but not all do.  We found that they actually wouldn't haggle on the e-price, but we were able to get out of a few hundred dollars worth of miscellanea.  FYI, we bought used (2007)

I've got ya beat!

1 - We move out of our condo a week Saturday, the day before our 1 year anniversary, so I've been going nuts packing. We're moving in with my parents until baby comes so that I can go to the doctor that I love, and it give us time to save up a bunch of cash.

2 - We're moving from a 900 sq ft condo into a 3200 sq ft house, so we have a TON of furniture to buy on top of baby stuff. I'm a designer and DH is an architect working as a project manager, so we have a habit of going overboard. We built a massive stone fireplace and I designed bookcases for our condo.

3 - DH is now set on me getting a new car, because I have a 2 door civic si, and he figures I need something with 4 doors that's a little bigger.

I do love having things on the go though, so I'm not complaining yet, just excited for all the changes.
