being that I worked in a hospital for a bit - i know these nurses are in deep doo-doo. Firing them is just the start.

tell me about it. I worked in the services building , not an RN but that HIPAA thing is DRILLED into your brain..how the heck these nurses think that they can get away with it by posting it on facebook?
one girl got fired for looking into her mother's account to see her health records. She was canned the same day. The mom said it was ok but they still fired her.
I'm an RN too. That is astounding. I cannot believe someone would be stupid enough to risk their career and the emotional well-being of another human being. Ugh.
On a different note, I am surprised people keep sticking objects in their rectum, as there are frequently stories of this nature. Surely everyone has heard about "that guy" before. My husband is a GI doc and has had to help with a few removals. I just don't understand...

I am an ER nurse... safe to say we see stuff like this kinda regularly, but NEVER photograph it!
Example A- Patient came in complaining of severe, crushing chest pain, pretty convincing. They rush him back, he leans down and whispers to my coworker, "I'm not really having chest pain"..... Come to find out he had a dildo in his rectum ( FYI, HOT PINK!)
Example B- Me and an ER tech are taking care of an older drunk gentlemen (maybe 65?).... because he was drunk we had to take all his belongings, clothes included... and he had a ummmm co*k ring on!!!!!
uggg I couldn't make this stuff up!?
I'm not an RN yet, I will graduate in MAY! Thats right ladies, pregnant, newlywed, and going through nursing school....BRING IT ON!
