Milestone!

I had my 1st prenatal visit today! ?All went well, and I only cried a little as the reality sank in. ?(Out of 3 PG's, this is the first time I ever made it to my 1st appt.) ?I had about 8 vials of blood taken, and received a ton of info and pamphlets on everything from diet to delivery. ?I also learned it's safe to take DH off "restrictions", which he will be delighted to hear.

If I hadn't had other losses, I might not feel so anxious; but on the other hand, I may not have appreciated each step as much as I do now. ?We have our all-important 1st u/s on 3/12. ?

I can't begin to express how much support I've received from this board and from everyone here. ?Thank you so much!

Congratulations! Just enjoy your pregnancy, one day at a time. There's nothing you can do if it doesn't work out, so try not to stress. I think this time will be OK, sending lots of sticky baby dust your way...

glad everything went well yesterday.  Our due dates are the same! (I know my ticker says otherwise, but I know I o'ed late so I think my date is the 23rd too!)...we will see what the doc says on the 4th when I go in for another u/s
