Back pain

Anyone else lucky enough to experience really bad lower stabbing back pain once they get up from sitting for too long?

    Yes that would be me... Although, I have much more pain than just that in many more circumstatnces!

    I'm getting alot of pain in my lower left side, when i do just about anything from standing to walking. it's crazy and it hurts!!

    Yes, I have started going to the Chiropractor 1-2 times a week and that seems to help, they also suggested different stretches I can do to help with it as well
