I am playing around on Nymbler and based on names I like it says Hunter is a good choice for a GIRL! Really? Is it just me or is that the last girl name you would ever think of?

I would never name my daughter Hunter but that is also because my brother's name is Hunter.

She's the 1st person I thought of, so I guess it does go either way.

Hunter is my little brothers name, and even if it wasn't I don't think I would even consider it for a girl.

Yeah, the first thing that comes to mind for me is the c-word.  Def not something I'd want for a little girl

I think of Hunter as only a girls name, and I'd never think of it for a boy!  It's always seemed like an odd girls name to me, but I have known lots of girls named Hunter.
