Anyone with High BP?

so... the past few times i went for my doc appt- i have had high bp~ they attributed it to my anxiety because when they take it at the end of the visit, it is substantially lower and in a decent range (they have also had me lay on my left side and that lowers it a lot as well)~ well today is the first time that i have been out of breath and having a racing heart~ so i am figuring that i am bound to have high blood pressure

my questions are:

does this happen to anyone else- sitting still (racing heart and hard to breathe)?

if it does:  then what is your doc doing about it?

are you on meds for this and does it hurt the baby at all?

i have my doc appt next tuesday so i am def gonna mention this to her, because everything points to high bp!  just looking for some early answers until then!

I don't know if this helps any, but I've been having the same symptoms. Out of the blue my heart will beat super hard and I'm instantly out of breath. My blood pressure is really low 90/55 consistantly so it may not be related.
