Last night's surprise

So just as I heard dh pulling into the driveway ( I was in bed, he was out playing hockey), I felt a pressure on a spot just above my belly button.  I reached down to touch it, and 'something', not sure if it was a foot/hand/elbow or what was sticking out! When I pressed on it, it went back in and then I got a swift kick in the same place!  It was so crazy a actually kind of let out a little scream.  Until this point I've really had no idea of where baby is in there, so this was a big moment, now I can't wait to feel it again!

How fun!!! I was just telling DH last night how I cant wait to be able to feel and see how baby is all snuggled up inside. LIke where you can see the little butt on one side haha. I felt a few kicks (or punches, i didnt really know) much higher a few days ago and it just so happened to be right before our ultrasounds. Low and behold she was upside down so I actaully did feel kicks and not punches but who knows how she is in laying in there now!

that must be wonderfulllll!!!! As I was reading your post I touch my belly where you said you did and I felt my baby move too!! hehe funny...but I can't recognize (yet!) which body part I'm touching!
