Order of Teeth when they come in

Is it always the bottom or top?  DD has been teething for the past 3 months, but she always chews on things on the side of her mouth, mainly the right side.  No teeth or any white bumps on her gums yet.  Any chance molars could be the first to pop up?  Not likely, right?

    Yes, it is usually the bottom two and then the top two. Molars coming in this early would be unheard of.

    DS always chews and he has no teeth. It is actually called gumming. He has been doing this for months (I'd say 4 months now and counting). He even chews when he eats his purees.

    I think it varies from kid to kid.  DD had one on the bottom first (at 13 months actual), then 3 in a row on top, then a fourth on top, and now finally her second bottom one is coming in.  And it looks like 1-2 more bottom ones will be on the way soon.
