DD just threw up while coughing..........

In crib and all.....Luckily it wasnt that much....I tried showing her how to spit that yucky stuff up, but she has no clue(33 mths)..I feel bad as the cough was so deep and loud- it must of hurt....Anything I should do?? I feel so bad, she had one eye open/one closed while crying...

  Poor baby.

Is it from congestion?  If so, saline drops?  That's the only thing that helps L when he's coughing that deep.
