I have some shorts that I usually wear to the gym and old navy tanks but the tanks are now sliding up my little belly and becoming "belly" shirts= not cute! I thought about t- shirts but then I feel like a pudgy girl and not a cute pregnant girl, although does it really matter at the gym?
I also do Hot yoga (Bikram) and I wear just a sports bra and shorts for that but the sports bras are squeezing the girls. Any suggestions? Should I just buy a larger size or are there maternity ones?
I'm in the Milwaukee area and have looked at some maternity stores with no luck for work out gear... TIA for any suggestions!

gym?
LOL....

Thank goodness my gym is in the basement and I can just workout with a sports bra and yoga pants or shorts on...
I'm not sure if there are maternity sports bras - I'm able to wear my normal sports bra, just one size larger.
Gym? What's that??
I wear DH's undershirts to bed and they seem to provide good belly coverage - my belly pokes out a bit but they're definitely long enough still. If I worked out (that's the day!) I would probably try those.
This...
I wear old navy maternity yoga pants (super comfy) and old navy tanks or just regular t-shirts, although some of my t-shirts are getting pretty small too! As for the bras, I'm wearing regular sports bras just in a size larger than I did pre-pregnancy, but I think I've seen either maternity or nursing sports bras at Motherhood.
I'm wearing my pre-pg low-rise shorts (the ones that hit at the waist aren't working any more, lol) and long-ish tanks. Pretty soon I'll need to switch to a maternity tank - I'll just use cotton; I haven't seen any wicking ones in maternity and my non-swim workouts are fairly short these days so I don't get too sweaty. If you want wicking, then I'd just get a larger size. I'm still squeezing into my sports bras, but when/if I need a larger one, I'll just buy a regular one in a larger size.
Your doc is okay with you doing Bikram's yoga? I've been told to stop that along with saunas and hot tubs.
I went once with my husband, who used to do it regularly. I thought I was going to die - but in a good way. (Know what I mean?
) I fully intended on going back and doing it regularly with him, but just never got around to it. Then we changed gyms and this one doesn't do Bikrams. I've been doing the gentle yoga class at our gym, with adjustment, but everyone has said "just don't do Bikrams!" But I admittedly never really researched it, since it wasn't an option anyway.
