DD weaned herself over the past month or so, and my supply has completely tanked, so the doctor gave us the green light to give her milk. ?Of course she doesn't like it

?I have watered it down the past day or so, and made a point of heating it to at least room temperature, but to no avail. ?Please share any tips you have on getting your DC to drink milk, thanks!
Re: DD doesn't like cow's milk, how to change that?
I was going to suggest heating it up to the temperature she's used to. Maybe a little warmer than room temp? That was my DS's problem when we made the switch. Slowly I was heating it up less and less until he would take it cold.
Another suggestion is changing the bottle or sippy cup you are using. My DS hated drinking anything but formula from his bottle. And he would only drink water from one type of sippy cup. I tried 3 or 4 different sippy cups before I found the one he would drink milk from.
Does she take water from a sippy?
I personally think that cows milk goes over better if you make it a totally different thing from BM.
Don't put it in a bottle - she expects the taste of BM from a bottle.
Don't heat it - she expects the taste of BM from something warm.
If she'll take cold water from a sippy try non-diluted cold cows milk after a couple of sips of water.
It should taste better than the water to her.
Just one other thing you might try!
