    Hey there: That e-mail is actually a spoof. ELF always has $1 make-up. Their website used to have a section denying the truth of the e-mail going around. I've ordered from them before. The quality isn't great. I do like their brushes, though. They  sell ELF at some targets.

    yeah, i've bought from them before too. the brushes are nice, but the makeup is not so great
