It was bad for me in the beginning. My dr. said at that point just try to stay hydrated. I could not even stand the taste of water, so I did popsicles and water mixed with lemonade. Eat whatever might sound good on a whim.....I ate egg mcmuffins (WTH? I never eat that crap) but that is what sounded good and stayed down.

I'll have to try the carnation though truth be told prior to pregnancy that stuff didn't agree with my colon so it's probably a crap shoot (pun intended).
Count me in! I am a girl who LOVES food, and it is the strangest feeling hating everything in sight!!!! I can't wait until this phase passes (I HOPE it passes).

I really have no interest in sweet things anymore, which is super strange for me, and a little sad. Especially now that the girl scout cookies came in yesterday, and I have no desire for a thin mint.
