What causes this?

What causes the achy crotch feeling?  It seems like it just keeps getting worse as the day goes on.  And I don't remember it with Emily.

pressure... extra blood volume in your body making things swell... etc.

it sucks. I had it with DS towards the end- now i'm getting it already if i'm on my feet a lot.

They also say even without that, the hormone relaxin cause those joints to become really loose and flimsy and with all that added pressure comes pain and swelling:(
