Part II-You can tell I'm the mommy of an infant because

I went to go get DS some clothes out of his dresser while he was in the other room with DH. That didn't stop me from saying, "Now we're getting out your onesie and then we're going to find you some socks" to MYSELF.

  • Ah yes, the narration....I do it constantly.  Alleena and I were on the el today, and found myself doing it there as we passed each stop.  I looked nuts.  On the upside, this is not unusual on the el.  It probably helped us get our own seat.  I also do that royal "we" thing, where I refer to Alleena and myself as a single entity.  Oh yea, and I smell like butt paste instead of "be delicious"
  • That's great!

You reminded me that I said "Excuse us" to someone at daycare the other day when I was walking in. Again, I was by myself, but I'm used to being with DS! I sound like I have multiple personalities :)

There's no telling what she thought. This is not an isolated incident for me! :)
