Do you keep a record of the dates each of DC's teeth come in?

DD sprouted her fifth tooth this morning, and although I know roughly when each tooth came in, I don't know the exact dates.  I don't know why I am even concerned about this, but just curious if others know exactly when every tooth broke through.

I write it down in her baby book- but only because there is the space for it.  Also I totally guesstimated on at least 1 of the teeth.

I just use guesstamites b/c she would rather die than let me look in her mouth. And now, I can't put my finger in there for fear of the steel bear trap that is her mouth.

I do, but hey we still only have one so it isn't too hard to keep track!  His baby book and record book from the pedi have a page for teeth.

Her baby book has spaces for each tooth. I've been guesstimating for the past three or four, since she doesn't like to let us feel her teeth...

I write it down on the regular calendar when I notice a new tooth.  Then I transfer to the baby book when I get the chance.

I'm not allowed to put my fingers in her mouth uninvited so I just say it came in when I see it for the first time.

I think as long as you know the month it came in, you're fine.  I mean really are you going to tell her she had her 1st tooth come in at 4 months 1 week and 3 days old?  No, lol, you'll just say she got her first tooth at 4 months.

I have.  The last two have been a 'sometime before...', because she'd bite my finger off if I checked, so I only notice when they're through enough.  I also have space for it in her baby book...

Im not checking every day, so I doubt I have the correct dates written in his baby book...but I do write the date I notice them.

The day I notice the tooth is the day I add it to the baby book. It could have popped through a week before I noticed but I don't go on that.

Both of my girls have 1st year calendars that had stickers for the 1st 4 teeth so I know I have kept track of those (well DD#2 only has 3 right now) but not sure I kept track that closely of my older DD's after those 1st 4 teeth.  I remember when she got the 1st 4 (7 months and 10 months) and the rest came after she turned 1 but I have no clue when.  I know she had her 2 year molars and eye teeth before her 2nd b-day.

yup...I write it down in her baby book. It's usually the date I notice less 2 days (that's the amount of time I figure I was clueless).
