I went to the outsourcing seminar arranged by my former job and that's the best 'silver lining' statement I can come up with. We were there 6 hours and most of the time, we sat around while he reviewed each resume individually. Not much was revised on my resume he moved my education down, removed the months (I listed month and year) and changed it to past tense. That was it. Then we did a writing assignment that left everyone baffled because no one knew if they'd done it correctly. Tomorrow is part 2. I'll let you adies know if it gets any better/more helpful. Don't have too much fun without me!!
