I just saw your reply from earlier and wanted to say that mine are both getting tubes in March as well.  I could have written your reply..  Ditto on the constant ear infections, fevers, antibiotics, etc etc etc!  I am a little apprehensive about the surgeries but we have got to have some relief already! Not to mention the hundreds of dollars on co pays!

 Drew is also having his adnoids out, so hopefully that won't be too traumatic.  G and A are getting so big too.  I swear A reminds me so much of R...from the chubbiness to the full head of straight hair!

Let me know how it goes and please send any advice or related ENT info regarding recovery my way!

Gosh, isn't it funny how our kids lives seem to mimic each others'?

I too am a little apprehensive about the surgery especially after googling it and seeing all the stuff that 'could' go wrong.  I shouldn't have done that!

Sorry, that sounds a little creepy, I just meant that they are similar in ages so they are no doubt going through the same stuff at the same time.  And now with the tubes and all...

I know what you mean (and no, I don't think you're creepy   )

 I was thinking the same thing.  We have definitely had a lot in common...even from the beginning with G and D's shoulder dystocia (sp)  and both A and R having to be c/s babies.  I am sad we don't live closer so we could hang out and the boys could play!  We'd have lots to talk about!

Hope the surgeries go well. I have not googled it.  I am too paranoid as it is!  Btw, are you on FB?  I was thinking we could catch up there on a more regular basis b/c I know how hard it is to do so, at he exact times, on here.....

What day are they having surgery?  Mine are going in on the 5th, I hope we get the first spot.  They said they'll call the day before and it goes by ages.  I'm nervous about them not being able to eat or drink after midnight...yikes!

I'm on FB but hardly ever check it, how do I invite you?  I'm clueless

I too wish the boys could hang out, it would be so much fun!  Maybe we'll stop by sometime if we travel somewhere near.

DH just left this weekend for Minnesota, I'm bummed but at least I have a little help now that his mom is living with us.  I miss him terribly already though.

I find myself on FB more and more recently and like the convenience of having all of my friends/contacts accessible in one place! It is easy to keep up with people since I can just write on their wall, etc...

 The surgery is scheduled for March 19...it was the soonest available although would like to have it over and done with already.

I didn't realize your MIL had moved in, but at least you have company and help while your H travels. I know that is hard to have him gone.

I'm off to bed but let's try to keep up better on FB! I'll be thinking about your boys on the 5th!
