I have strange spells of m/s. I only really got sick once, but I will be fine one minute, then I go through about a half an hour of dry heaving, then fine again. It will come on at any point in the day. I don't get it. It is an annoying feeling. I am looking forward to my second trimester.
I'm hoping the coming and going of the m/s is a sign it's tapering off? I'm just trying to hope is all lol I get brave and eat normal food and sometimes it's cook, the next day, I try it again and get so sick and nauseous. Must be a pg thing!

Mine really seems to be linked with the amount of sleep I had the night before. I will be queasy all day if I'm too tired. After a full night of sleep, I really only feel ill when I'm too hungry or too full.

No, no oddities here. My m/s comes and goes, but has really picked up some momentum since yesterday. No worries.
What helps me a little bit (and aren't we all looking for at least a little relief from m/s? ) is to munch on saltines. Of course, this only helps a little, but I'll take help where I can get it!
Mine is really up and down, too. I have a ton of energy and feel great, and it's like I have a "feel good hangover" the next day. But my m/s has not been really bad, so I can't complain. But, I have been realizing that I in no way can predict how I am going to feel the next day.
mine comes and goes even now. I had a great week last week and the last 2-3 days, I have been pukey. Even with 2nd tri knocking, I still dont feel better...boo for m/s.
