I am getting my IUD next week and no AF in sight.

have you gotten it back yet? Are you BFing? I am and don't want to wait months to get it so they put them in BFing moms whenever.

Just wondering what you were told.

I have not stopped bleeding since i got it a month ago! So i have no idea what is my period and what is bleeding due to the IUD. I am Pumping and Formula feeding, so i think that is why i got my period so early. I dont think you HAVE to be on your period to get it, my ob just said that it is easier to put in when you are. I know a couple of moms who were EBF and had no AF, but got an IUD.
