I can only go shopping an hour before. It's a long story, but I need something really easy or premade. I was thinking of just ordering pizza, but that seems kinda like a cop out. Is there anything in the deli or frozen section that comes to mind? Or something really easy that I can whip together with little prep and stick in the oven? It's only going to be seven people total.
Re: Need easy main course for small GTG with restrictions
You could make French Bread Pizza...
2 loaves of fresh French bread
2 small jars of Ragu Homemade style pizza sauce
4 cups of shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
Whatever other toppings you'd like
Slice each loaf in half, spread sauce, sprinkle cheese on, add other toppings. Bake on sheet trays for about 15 minutes on 350 degrees. I turn the broiler on at the end to get the cheese melted how I like it, but you have to watch it so it doesn't burn.

If you have a Trader Joe's near you, they have really good pre-made pizza dough and toppings.
The lasagna is also a good idea.
Also, is this tonight? If no, maybe you could pull together a crock pot meal. Stew or suchlike.?
