I don't post on this board normally, but I am on my first pregnancy and just really disappointed in the nurses and staff at my OB office... I'm in the fort worth/mid-cities area and if any of you have an OB to recommend that would be great. Preferrably an office where they are nice to you when you call with questions/concerns and act like they actually care what's going on with you.

Dr Lori Atkins was my gyn when I lived in Fort Worth. I love love love her. She is the Dr for 2 of my close friends, on just had her baby in Sept and the other is due in Aug. Both love her too.

Are you wanting to use a specific hospital? 

I LOVED my OB - Dr. Courtney Walters from Women's Integrated Health Care in Grapevine. She/they only deliver at Grapevine Baylor though. She is WONDERFUL - and has a great, personable, down to earth, laid back attitude. Can not rave about my experience there enough. They're located in Grapevine, right outside the hospital. There are 4 other female OBs in the practice ... I only ever met Dr. Kendrick though, when I was first in labor, she was the oncall OB at the time. She was great as well.

Baylor Grapevine would be wonderful. As it stands now I'm set to deliver at HEB in bedford.

He's at Baylor Grapevine. I love him to pieces.

Ditto! LOVE, love, love Dr. Courtney Walters. I also saw Dr. Coulter-Smith in the practice and really liked her as well.

I use Dr. Rost - he is in the building attached to Baylor Grapevine (awesome hospital to deliver at btw) - offices of Dr. Mendez, Rost and New.

LoL - Very true. Did you hear she had her twins?!  She gave birth on the same day as my cousin did (Dr. Walters is HER OB as well!) ... they were in rooms next to each other
