rp nbr: manganese or hard water

We have manganese in our water..and though its not harmful to our health it is a b*tch to get off of my glass shower doors. I have tried EVERYTHING: clr, kaboom, commercial glass cleaners, vinegar, razors, dryer sheets, brillo pads, bathroom cleaners, dishwashing liquid...you name it!

 Does anyone have this problem? Can you tell me your secrect... TIA
