Bad - the house already has an offer on it

Okay - the offer is contingent on an inspection, which our agent told us is also a back-out clause, and that depending on the inspection & funding it can still fall through

Good - our agent said that we WILL find a house in this area for the orice we are looking at.  She said that she sees a lot more nice houses coming to market for dirt cheap prices, especially in the aprt of the city we want.

So...we are still looking and not giving up.
