Anyone take it?  I've started taking these supplements and notice that I'm burping more.  Am I crazy?  Please someone else come in here and tell me I'm not crazy.

I eat lots of cinnamon, but I didn't know there were supplements.

I have never heard of cinnamon supplements. I'd thinking burping cinnamon wouldn't be all that bad. Compared to some of the burps, I've had at least.

I was shocked to find them at Kroger.  They are monsters.  It gags me when I swallow them.

And burping up cinnamon isn't bad, but I think it gives me the burps.

I have taken them - they are supposed to be good for your blood sugar. And no you're not crazy. I burp up cinnamon too
