This is not fun anymore very stressful and met with the bank today for rates and man its scary too The houses I love are too much and the ones I dont I dont like are in our price range. Man i need to hit the lottery lol!

Just take your time looking.  We didn't think we'd find anything we loved in our price range, but we just stumbled across the house we are in now and the seller was motivated and we got a great deal on it.  GL!

I love the idea of moving, but I hate the idea of cleaning, selling and packing our current flat.  We aren't in a huge rush, right now anyways; GL!

Just keep looking!  I am sure you will find something you love.  I understand what you are going through though.  I am scheduled to graduate this summer.  I was going to go back to work shortly after so we set our budget and started looking at homes.  I found the perfect house and then changed my "future plans".  I decided to continue my education and will not be going back to work immediately.  So, this perfect home is right at our finger tips but since I won't be working for another year or so, we can't buy it.  To make matters worse, I always check the homes.com site to see if it is available, and it is.

Aww Zangel that stinks. But an education will get you a lot farther than a house so go for it. The house can come after .......plus your degree I am sure will help pay that mortgage lol. Unless you have student loans like me haha.

ITA and we had a similar experience.  We stumbled across a foreclosure and saved about $30,000.  Thankfully, it was in really good shape too.  GL!
