Yes, just make sure they are wrapped tight enough not to come loose. They have some that have a clip to close them.

Definitely! I found the Miracle Blanket to be the best at staying put..DS managed to wiggle out of receiving blankets or the Swaddle Me. But the MB helped him get amazing sleep until he outgrew it at 7 months!!
