is it 28 weeks? my doc said since i have fast labor history we will talk induce this time just wondering what appointment we talk about that any ideas?
It was around 30 weeks with DS. But nothing specific. I also believe in going in open-minded so I did not have a lot of super-specific stuff on my list of things to go over.
I'm guessing they want to induce so you deliver in a hospital with doctors and not in your driveway or on the way there, especially if you live far away from the hospital.
We have a form one filled out, but we are waiting till our hospital classes start to see what their "standard is" so that we know what we need to point out as unique for our desires or not.
with my dd my water broke at 245 and I had her at 430 i live about 11 miles from clinic and have two children that need to be dropped off at grandmas before the clinic I think doc just wants to be safe and know i get there in time and my dh works 25 miles away from home there could alot of delays im sure thats why

Are you really OK with that? It just sounds like so many other accommodations could be made before an induction is needed. I'm not trying to flame, I promise. It's just that so many complications can arise from an unnessary induction! If you're Ok with it than ignore me, but if you're not, please know you have the right to say NO to the Dr.
yes im okay with it. I would rather know when my little man is coming and have my older kids with grandma and not have to try to explain to a 7 year old and a 3 year old why the new baby is "hurting" mom. besides i live in the middle of no where I hate the people next door. and I was induced with my dd and she turned out fine. i not asking to be flamed just wanted to know what week to expect to talk to doc about it thanks

I'm sorry, not trying to flame...my apologies...just one of those things for me. As long as you're OK with it!!!
As for my birth plan, I started mine when I started my birthing classes and continued to work on it for a few weeks. I would say it was around 30 weeks.
Re: what week do/did you talk about brith plan?
