So Bummed at Kolcraft....

So i wrote to their donations department and got a call on monday saying that they had a jeep double stroller that they would give me if i payed the shipping.  I was thrilled and thanked the rep. several times.  I even told her that she had "totally made my day!".  She  said that it would ship out the following day.  Then this morning i get a call and the lady goes: "the jeep stroller was shipped already to someone else" so you can have a single pink umbrella stroller or nothing".  I asked if there was any way to wait for another double and she said "no".   I know that i can't be upset because it is not like i was paying for it and got bad service or anything but i'm disappointed  because i was promised something and then they did not follow through   Oh well...

Oh no that is terrible.  What are you going to do with a single stroller?  I would wait and send another letter in a couple weeks.
